Refund policy
For Consumers (B2C)
If you purchase goods or services from us, you have the right to decide within fourteen (14) days from delivery that you do not wish to keep the goods. You may return your order without penalty and without giving any reason, and the agreement will be dissolved.
Returned products will be refunded by bank transfer to the account used to place the order within fourteen (14) days of Coconne Interior being notified of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the agreement, in accordance with the above provisions.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever comes first.
During this reflection period, we expect you to handle the goods and packaging with care. If you wish to be eligible for a return as described above, you may only unpack or use the goods to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep them. If you return the goods, please do so — if possible — with the original packaging, including all accessories provided, and in original condition, according to the return instructions below.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The principle is that you may handle and inspect the product only as you would in a physical store.
You can return your package via post or courier to the registered business address of Coconne Interior.
To exercise your right of withdrawal — for both goods and services — you can use the European withdrawal form and send it to hello@coconneinterior.com. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
The customer bears the risk and shipping costs associated with the return of products.
For Business Clients (B2B)
For business clients, specific conditions apply when purchasing custom or personalized products:

No right of withdrawal: Custom-made or personalized items (such as candles with a company logo embedded in the concrete) are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a clear production defect.

Payment terms: For B2B orders, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% invoiced upon delivery.

No resale permitted: Personalized products are intended for end use (e.g., as corporate gifts) and may not be resold under another brand or through any other sales channels.

Product variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in dimensions, number of wicks, or burn times may occur. These are not considered defects.
