How can I make my candle burn optimally?

🔥Burn the candle until the top layer has completely melted away. This is how you avoid a tunnel.

✂️Cut the wick to 5mm before each burn. This gives the perfect flame size and burning time.

❤️‍🔥 Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time to prevent overheating.

🎐It is better not to place your candle in a cold environment or where it attracts (the wind), as this will cause the candle to burn faster and may leave black soot stains.

Are the pots waterproof?

Our pots are 100% waterproof so you can pour water over them or leave water them in.

Can I buy your candles as a corporate gift?

This is possible with a minimum order of 10 pieces. We also offer personalized packaging for your logo or message. Contact hello@coconneinterior.com to discuss volumes and prices further.

Can I buy your candles in a physical store?

There are currently two physical points of sale where you can see and smell our candles:

- Kinekor | Burgemeester Gillonlaan 127, Kortrijk

What are the shipping costs?

During the check out process, we simulate the shipping costs based on your order and the shipping address (country) and you will see this transparently before you pay for your order. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over 130 euros.

How can I avoid shipping costs?

There are two ways to avoid shipping costs:

- Free pick-up in Kortrijk (B.Gillonlaan 127) or Beveren (Meidoornlaan 32B)

- Free home delivery: Because we work with fragile products, we advise you to send us a message before placing an order. This way we can see together whether a safe home delivery is possible. This ensures that your product arrives in perfect condition, as logistics services do not always handle fragile items with the necessary care.

How can I get an invoice for my order?

Invoices can be requested via hello@coconneinterior.com. Do not forget to mention your order number and VAT number in your request. We will then send you an electronic invoice via reply email to the email address through which the application was submitted.

What if I want to return an item?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order (right of withdrawal). Within this period you can return the item by post. You have the option to exchange the product or receive a refund. Contact us at hello@coconneinterior.com to understand the situation and find the best solution together. Important: the item must be returned to us in its original condition. It is not the intention to return used items so candles that have already been lit cannot be returned.
